DGC was founded in 2014 by Edward DURO, David GEORGE, and George CENIC (hence DGC). They were seasoned and experienced veterans within the Executive Search and Permanent Placement industry. All three of them were working with each others competitors and all three identified where the industry leading companies were failing to adapt new technologies to the industry. Messrs. DURO, GEORGE, and CENIC discovered that they agreed on how to revolutionize the industry and embarked on establishing DGC to disrupt the industry.
Today, DGC has 10 partners and 57 associates covering The USA and Canada (with expansion plans for Australia, Asia, EMEA, and Latin America).
